Just 10 minutes by seaplane or 25 minutes by speedboat from Malé, the new property will feature 270 guest rooms and 223 villas and private mansions spread across a dedicated Family Island and an exclusive Luxury Island. The development spans approximately 1.37 million square metres (around 338 acres) and offers more than 5.8 kilometres (approximately 3.6 miles) of beachfront.
